• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for non-technical roles (e.g., G&A, Operations, Marketing, People, Finance) — from intake to offer • Work directly with Step's leadership team on recruiting strategy to attract and hire top talent • Drive a variety of sourcing tools to engage passive talent, in addition to owning inbound application buckets • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates against role requirements and company values • Create a white-glove candidate experience for all candidates who engage in the recruiting process

This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
