Job Requirements
- B2B SaaS experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS sales.
- Self-sourced deals - Proven track record of sourcing and closing your own deals.
- Languages - Native-level German and fluent English.
- Outbound skills - Strong in prospecting and pipeline development.
- Forecast discipline - and accurate forecasting.
- KPI driven + AI - Data-driven working style and confident use of AI tools.
- Nice-to-have - Experience in HR Tech, Fintech, T&E or ERP.
- Experience in European SaaS scale-ups is an advantage.

Role Description Pacific Retirement Services is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive sales performance, occupancy growth, marketing execution, and revenue optimization across an assigned portfolio of Life Plan Communities. This is a remote role for candidates based in Oregon, Washington, California, or Arizona. Because strong community partnerships are central to the role, travel of approximately 50–75% is required. - Coach and develop community Sales & Marketing Directors. - Partner with Executive Directors to align sales priorities with operational and financial goals. - Drive occupancy, deposits, move-ins, revenue performance, and budget achievement. - Review sales forecasts, pipeline activity, conversion metrics, pricing, and inventory. - Create focused action plans for communities not meeting occupancy or revenue goals. - Lead pipeline reviews, sales coaching sessions, and community business reviews. - Ensure consistent use of PRS sales methodology, CRM standards, and customer experience practices. - Partner with enterprise Marketing on campaigns, brand execution, and community positioning. - Identify successful sales practices and scale them across the region. - Support lease-ups, expansions, repositioning efforts, and other strategic growth initiatives. - Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance updates to executive leadership. Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; master’s degree preferred. - At least seven years of progressive senior living sales leadership experience. - Multi-site or regional leadership experience preferred. - Life Plan Community or Continuing Care Retirement Community experience strongly preferred. - A demonstrated record of improving occupancy, revenue, conversion, and sales performance. - Strong financial, analytical, forecasting, and business-planning skills. - Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation abilities. - Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and pipeline reporting. - The ability to travel approximately 50–75%.
