Role Description Pacific Retirement Services is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to provide strategic operational leadership for a portfolio of PRS communities. This role may be performed remotely; however, candidates must be based in Oregon, California, Washington, or Arizona and be available for frequent travel across the assigned portfolio. In this role, you will serve as a key operational partner to Executive Directors, helping translate enterprise strategy into strong community execution. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can balance strategy with execution, build trusted relationships, strengthen operational consistency, and drive results across: - Resident experience - Workforce engagement - Financial performance - Regulatory compliance - Organizational growth As Vice President of Operations, you will partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure organizational priorities are consistently executed across assigned communities. You will coach and support Executive Directors, monitor operational and financial performance, strengthen accountability, and help ensure each community is positioned for long-term success. You will also play an important role in advancing the PRS Mission, Vision, and Core Values while supporting a culture of service excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Corporate Director of Procurement

Role Description Pacific Retirement Services is seeking a Corporate Director of Procurement to lead and strengthen procurement practices across PRS and its affiliated organizations. This role will help drive a consistent, enterprise-wide approach to sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost savings. This is a great opportunity for a procurement professional who enjoys building relationships, improving processes, and partnering with leaders across multiple locations and business areas. This role may be performed remotely, with candidates based in Oregon, Washington, California, or Arizona. Pay: $148,000 - $165,000 annually, depending on experience with consideration for geographic location. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, or contract management experience. - Experience supporting a multi-site, matrixed organization preferred. - Demonstrated success negotiating enterprise supplier agreements and managing contract lifecycles. - Strong understanding of procurement operations, purchasing systems, financial processes, and internal controls. - Experience with ERP/purchasing systems, Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and procurement technologies. - Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Role Description Pacific Retirement Services is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive sales performance, occupancy growth, marketing execution, and revenue optimization across an assigned portfolio of Life Plan Communities. This is a remote role for candidates based in Oregon, Washington, California, or Arizona. Because strong community partnerships are central to the role, travel of approximately 50–75% is required. - Coach and develop community Sales & Marketing Directors. - Partner with Executive Directors to align sales priorities with operational and financial goals. - Drive occupancy, deposits, move-ins, revenue performance, and budget achievement. - Review sales forecasts, pipeline activity, conversion metrics, pricing, and inventory. - Create focused action plans for communities not meeting occupancy or revenue goals. - Lead pipeline reviews, sales coaching sessions, and community business reviews. - Ensure consistent use of PRS sales methodology, CRM standards, and customer experience practices. - Partner with enterprise Marketing on campaigns, brand execution, and community positioning. - Identify successful sales practices and scale them across the region. - Support lease-ups, expansions, repositioning efforts, and other strategic growth initiatives. - Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance updates to executive leadership. Role Description We are seeking a Workday Program Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our Workday platform across HR, Payroll, and Finance. This is a high-impact leadership role partnering with executive teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and system excellence across the organization. You will lead the strategic planning, execution, and management of Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects across the organization. The role will involve coordinating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and teams to ensure that the system meets organizational goals for human resources, payroll, and finance functions. You will ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with business requirements. Salary: $135,000 - $155,000 / annually DOE Southern Oregon-based candidates are strongly preferred to support close collaboration with internal teams; however remote candidates from (WA, CA, AZ, CO) may be considered for the right fit. Geographic market standards are considered for compensation. How You’ll Do It: - Lead the Workday Center for Excellence by providing ongoing support, administration, and optimization across all functional areas, ensuring alignment with PRS community business functions across affiliate and managed entities, while strengthening system governance, data integrity, and user adoption. - Develop and execute a comprehensive Workday roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders, driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business processes, enhance efficiencies, and oversee end-to-end implementation management, including system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. - Oversee Workday support operations by managing internal and external help tickets to meet service level agreements (SLAs), facilitating clear communication between departments, resolving issues proactively, and serving as the primary point of contact for vendors to maintain strong relationships and negotiate contract terms. - Manage bi-annual Workday upgrades by assessing business process impacts, coordinating cross-functional testing efforts, overseeing user acceptance testing, ensuring post-upgrade validation, and providing regular project status updates and strategic presentations to leadership. - Develop and implement comprehensive training and change management strategies to support new feature adoption and ongoing system education, collaborate with business intelligence teams to enhance reporting and dashboards, and serve as a positive change agent championing Workday adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, IT project management or a related field. - Experience managing Workday implementations, optimizations, and day-to-day operations across all business functions (including HR, payroll, and finance) preferred. Previous senior living experience is preferred. - Progressive leadership experience managing technically complex business cases and proven ability to work successfully with cross functional work teams. - Workday certification is required. Additional certification in project management or experience with project management best practices is preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
