Senior Vice President of Sales

Hotel Equities

• Lead enterprise-wide sales strategy for a portfolio of full-service and lifestyle hotels • Develop and execute aggressive revenue growth initiatives across group, transient, catering, and food & beverage segments • Partner closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and F&B leadership to maximize hotel profitability and market share • Mentor, develop, and inspire Regional Directors of Sales and property-level sales teams • Drive proactive sales culture through accountability, performance metrics, coaching, and strategic selling • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, sales deployment strategies, and business planning initiatives • Establish and maintain strong relationships with ownership groups, brand partners, key accounts, CVBs, and industry organizations • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and commercial performance to identify new opportunities for growth • Ensure brand compliance and strategic alignment with Marriott, Hilton, and IHG commercial initiatives • Lead portfolio-wide sales meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of senior-level hospitality sales leadership experience
  • Extensive experience overseeing full service, lifestyle, and food & beverage-driven hotel environments
  • Strong background managing multi-property or regional hotel sales organizations
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and market penetration strategies
  • Deep understanding of Marriott, Hilton, and IHG sales platforms, systems, and brand initiatives
  • Expertise in hotel sales systems including Delphi, CI/TY, STS, FOSSE, PEP, Opera, and related CRM/revenue platforms preferred
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience presenting to ownership groups and executive leadership teams
  • Ability to travel as needed to support portfolio initiatives and hotel teams
