• Integrate the concept notes developed by the three clusters into a coherent, coordinated, and financeable portfolio, aligned with national frameworks and with the requirements of identified downstream financiers, over the twelve-month grant period. • Provide the coordinating and integrating function across the clusters. • Develop domain-specific technical content with cluster leads; responsible for synthesis, coherence, framing, and quality. • Serve as an interface with Government stakeholders, conducting key informant interviews and consultations. • Work alongside the UN Water Task Force in both an internal coordinating and an external-facing role.

Role Description Under the supervision of the Education Specialist, and in close collaboration with the UNICEF Education team and relevant government counterparts, the consultant will provide technical, coordination, and monitoring support to the implementation of the AIC and CFS interventions in Huíla and Cunene provinces. • Design and deliver reporting, dashboard, and analytics solutions for higher education institutions • Focus on Advancement, fundraising, alumni engagement, and constituent data • Gather reporting requirements and define key performance indicators • Analyze data and translate business needs into actionable dashboards and visualizations • Serve as both a client-facing advisor and hands-on analytics practitioner • Collaborate with data engineering, integration, CRM, and functional teams to validate data sources

• Establish and maintain the firm's validation strategy and standards, ensuring all deliverables align with cGxP, GAMP 5 Category 4, CSA, EU Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11, and ALCOA+ data integrity principles. • Maintain and continuously improve validation toolkits for QAD ERP, NetSuite, QAD EQMS, and ETQ — including URS/FRS templates, risk assessments, requirements traceability matrices (RTMs), IQ/OQ/PQ scripts, and script libraries. • Maintain standalone validation toolkits for Serialization, Automated Solutions, ISS-Group (iApprove/iPurchase), and Eagle RF. • Analyze software release specifications and release notes to determine validation impact, risk, and required deliverable updates. • Build new validation toolkit frameworks for new software platforms and modules as the service portfolio expands. • Lead end-to-end client validation engagements, including validation planning, protocol authoring, execution support, evidence review, deviation handling, and validation summary reporting (VSR). • Provide validation guidance and execution support to client teams as embedded staff augmentation. • Interpret client SOPs and internal CSV/QMS requirements, tailoring deliverables to meet both client-internal and regulatory expectations. • Mentor junior validation consultants and contribute to the firm's Computer Validation as a Service (CVaaS) offering.
