• Create monthly financial plans at division and category level for fiscal time periods • Reforecast sales, gross margin, and inventory for fiscal time periods • Recap end of season performance at division, category, season, and style levels for merchandise buy period • Conduct basic stock replenishment (order quantity by style, color, and size) • Key item planning for all basic styles (sales, margin, inventory) • Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reporting • Manage inventory flow on fashion receipts • Develop size curve and pre-pack definitions • Partner with merchant to support the buy process

Role Description SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Principal Environmental Planner to support our growing portfolio of complex, multidisciplinary environmental projects across the Gulf Coast and the broader Southeast. Pay rate will be based on individual qualifications and experience. - Lead projects spanning infrastructure, energy, resilience, and environmental planning efforts. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Shape technical approaches and strengthen client relationships. - Advance SWCA’s reputation for quality and innovation. - Periodic travel throughout the region will be required for client engagement, project oversight, and team collaboration. Qualifications - Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, or other related field (Master’s preferred). - Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience. - Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in a consulting environment. - Demonstrated experience in the development of environmental permit applications and NEPA documents. - Proven experience with agencies such as: FERC, DOE, USACE, and/or similar state agencies. - Experience with project financials (budgets, forecasting, invoicing). - Demonstrated client management and business development experience (seller-doer). - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Requirements - Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience (preferred). - Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience in a consulting environment (preferred). - First-hand experience in developing environmental permit applications and documents pertaining to the authorization of FERC-regulated facilities. - Established credibility with reviewing agencies and clients. - Effectively engaged in resource agency consultations. - Demonstrated experience with construction compliance or environmental inspection. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and technical writing. • Provide environmental planning expertise to lead or assist in obtaining local, state and/or federal permits • Complete tasks associated with NEPA or other local, state and federal permitting • Research requirements for a variety of local, state and federal permits • Collaborate with staff, agencies, clients and other project collaborators to facilitate permit submittals and schedules • Synthesize and communicate permit stipulations and requirements • Track and organize permit processes and status • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings • Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s and Eocene Environmental Group’s culture of safety and employee ownership • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures

• Take ownership of all tasks and challenges in the operation of their assigned position. • Work with business units to develop, review, and test business continuity plans. • Work with Technology groups to ensure required disaster recovery testing is completed and documented. • Perform company-wide Business Impact Assessment (BIA). • Generate reporting and analysis of the BIA for Solutions and Planning phases. • Develop and maintain departmental business continuity plans. • Develop playbooks to test the documented business continuity and disaster recovery plans. • Lead the business and technology teams in executing the tests. • Write reports summarizing testing activities, including goals, planning, scheduling, execution, results, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations. • Create and/or administer training and awareness presentations or materials. • Provide support for Business Continuity risk assessments. • Act as a resource for information needed for Audit and Regulatory examiners.
