• Provide environmental planning expertise to lead or assist in obtaining local, state and/or federal permits • Complete tasks associated with NEPA or other local, state and federal permitting • Research requirements for a variety of local, state and federal permits • Collaborate with staff, agencies, clients and other project collaborators to facilitate permit submittals and schedules • Synthesize and communicate permit stipulations and requirements • Track and organize permit processes and status • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings • Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s and Eocene Environmental Group’s culture of safety and employee ownership • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures

• Copy edit, proofread, and format environmental resource reports, proposals, résumés, and other various internal documents • Participate in (at minimum) weekly meetings with the editing team to review the Document Assignment Record to receive tasks, collaborate on workloads, troubleshoot issues, and provide individual expertise as necessary • Participate in monthly internal team quality assurance and quality control meetings • Participate in monthly internal team continuing education sessions • Participate in annual Eocene Style Guide audit and résumé updates • Report directly to the administrative project manager for editorial progress, performance feedback, and weekly workload/schedule management • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings • Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s and Eocene Environmental Group’s culture of safety and employee ownership • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects • Independently manage client relationships, budgets, schedules, and project resources • Track and manage project deliverables • Attend and lead project meetings • Interact and coordinate with various clientele, federal, state, local, and tribal agencies • Document compliance/noncompliance with resource protection measures • Conduct background research and data collection to articulate practical recommendations to clients and regulatory agencies • Assist with participation and preparation of new business presentations • Review and approve formal proposals in response to Requests For Proposals (RFP)

• The Forestry Manager oversees daily operations, personnel, and overall performance. • This role is also responsible for standing up a new service line within Eocene, requiring strong industry knowledge, strategic planning capability, and the ability to conduct or interpret industry analyses to ensure successful service launch and long-term viability. • Manage financial performance and oversee regional operations, including staffing, onboarding, training, fleet management, and client expectations. • Develop and manage annual operating and project budgets; oversee payroll, billing, revenue tracking, and month‑end financial deliverables; conduct monthly variance analysis. • Ensure monthly production targets and client performance requirements are met through effective labor, equipment, and resource utilization. • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout, ensuring safe, timely, and high‑quality project execution. • Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to meet operational demands and project requirements. • Maintain operational metrics and reporting, serve as the primary escalation point for operational and client issues. • Manage and develop future management and operational staff through coaching, feedback, and performance management. • Partner with Human Resources on employee development, performance evaluations, and personnel matters. • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities; ensure inclusion on bid lists and manage RFPs through award and successful startup. • Update and monitor the internal sales tracker; conduct sales visits, presentations, and represent the company at industry events. • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; enforce safe work practices and PPE use. • Travel to field sites and client locations as required and remain available for emergency response situations.
