• The Forestry Manager oversees daily operations, personnel, and overall performance. • This role is also responsible for standing up a new service line within Eocene, requiring strong industry knowledge, strategic planning capability, and the ability to conduct or interpret industry analyses to ensure successful service launch and long-term viability. • Manage financial performance and oversee regional operations, including staffing, onboarding, training, fleet management, and client expectations. • Develop and manage annual operating and project budgets; oversee payroll, billing, revenue tracking, and month‑end financial deliverables; conduct monthly variance analysis. • Ensure monthly production targets and client performance requirements are met through effective labor, equipment, and resource utilization. • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout, ensuring safe, timely, and high‑quality project execution. • Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to meet operational demands and project requirements. • Maintain operational metrics and reporting, serve as the primary escalation point for operational and client issues. • Manage and develop future management and operational staff through coaching, feedback, and performance management. • Partner with Human Resources on employee development, performance evaluations, and personnel matters. • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities; ensure inclusion on bid lists and manage RFPs through award and successful startup. • Update and monitor the internal sales tracker; conduct sales visits, presentations, and represent the company at industry events. • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; enforce safe work practices and PPE use. • Travel to field sites and client locations as required and remain available for emergency response situations.

• Plan and support cultural resources projects throughout New Mexico, including fieldwork coordination, field data management, deliverables preparation and support, agency coordination, and other cultural resources-related project activities. • Conduct Class III (intensive pedestrian) cultural resources inventory • Document archaeological sites and IOs/IFs NRHP eligibility evaluations • Assess and manage field data collected by others • Draft deliverables preparation and deliverable revisions • Conduct archaeological monitoring during various construction activities • Daily monitoring and/or inspection forms • Draft monitoring reports • Coordinate with state and federal agencies • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings • Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s and Eocene Environmental Group's culture of safety and employee ownership • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures

• Provides technical support and engineering planning, design, and installation to the conservation, watershed, livestock facility, and wetland workload. • Provides leadership and direction, potentially direct and indirect, within the engineering team. • Maintains a working knowledge adequate to carry out work assignments for all conservation, watershed, livestock facility, and wetland engineering projects. • Performs, trains, and provides guidance for site investigations, topographic survey, AutoCAD Civil 3D work, and data collection. • Prepares, provides training, provides guidance, and reviews engineering designs which includes design report, plan sheets, specifications, calculations, and other supporting documentation. • Performs, trains, and guides on quality assurance to ensure constructed projects meet or exceed designed expectations. • Recommends changes as needed for a successful project. • Works directly and in cooperation with private landowners, private/governmental groups, and permitting agencies. • Communicates project goals and expectations to all project stakeholders. • Works within a team concept to develop and implement ways to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of the products and/or services provided to clients. • Performs duties in a manner supportive of a safe and healthy work environment, and exercises safety precautions when exposed to dangerous objects, chemicals, extreme temperatures, etc. • Attends conferences/events and presents at events as a technical expert representing the Company. • Performs other duties as assigned or related.
