Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial / Planning / or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
- 4+ years experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
- 4+ years experience in engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory
- Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities
- Understanding of the the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts
- Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Role Description The Housing Team is seeking a fellow to support the team on various housing projects across several client cities. Engagements with cities include projects such as: - Housing program development - Housing needs assessments - Best practice research - High-level strategic planning The fellow should have an understanding of affordable housing policy and programming within municipal contexts to facilitate onboarding into projects within various cities. They should have a high level of comfort with data analyses, conducting desktop research and interviews, and development of presentation materials. This role is remote and part-time, working an average of 20 hours per week. The Fellow would be on a six-month contract. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of two years’ relevant professional experience in affordable housing, urban planning, or public/non-profit administration. - A strategic and analytical mindset with attention to detail and a complete focus on delivery. - A proven track record of strong project execution, policy research, project management and results driven impact. - Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. - Clear and concise writing skills. - Ability to convey complex data in simple PowerPoint design (ability to use Tableau software would also be helpful). - Comfortable working through ambiguity to create paths forward. - Experience working with high-level stakeholders with discretion and professionalism. - An entrepreneurial self-starter can do approach with the ability to think and plan creatively. - A quick learner, able to absorb and synthesize large amounts of information.
