• Design, develop, and deploy a customer’s relevant reporting and analytic solutions • Lead and project manage reporting workstream(s), hitting delivery dates and driving results • Conduct discovery sessions to develop and document a thorough understanding of customers’ reporting needs • Design and implement reports to address complex customer requirements • Assist customer in testing reporting solutions and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure post-production success • Participate in internal initiatives and process improvement

• Design and configure Workday Time Tracking & Absence solutions • Apply deep expertise in the Workday Time Tracking & Absence product across customer engagements • Partner with customers to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements • Configure Workday Time Tracking & Absence to align with customer needs and operational realities • Document solution decisions clearly so customers can support and sustain their environment after go-live • Support data conversion, integrations, and testing • Communicate regularly with the Engagement Manager on project status, hours forecasting, time reporting, risks, and mitigation plans • Mentor consultants who are newer to Time Tracking & Absence

Role Description The IAC serves as the “navigator” of the relocation process for his/her international assignees. • Integrate the concept notes developed by the three clusters into a coherent, coordinated, and financeable portfolio, aligned with national frameworks and with the requirements of identified downstream financiers, over the twelve-month grant period. • Provide the coordinating and integrating function across the clusters. • Develop domain-specific technical content with cluster leads; responsible for synthesis, coherence, framing, and quality. • Serve as an interface with Government stakeholders, conducting key informant interviews and consultations. • Work alongside the UN Water Task Force in both an internal coordinating and an external-facing role.
