Senior Reporting & Prism Consultant, State & Local Government

• Design, develop, and deploy a customer’s relevant reporting and analytic solutions • Lead and project manage reporting workstream(s), hitting delivery dates and driving results • Conduct discovery sessions to develop and document a thorough understanding of customers’ reporting needs • Design and implement reports to address complex customer requirements • Assist customer in testing reporting solutions and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure post-production success • Participate in internal initiatives and process improvement

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with Workday Reporting and Prism, OR 6+ years of experience with integration development or report building, OR 6+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR 6+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, or Financials domain experience in a Government setting
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday Reporting and Prism, OR 8+ years of experience with integration development or report building, OR 8+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR 8+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, or Financials domain experience in a Government setting
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting the fun and diverse workplace that is part of Workday’s VIBE culture
  • Experience working within or with the State and Local Government industry
  • Experience with Workday Prism and/or SQL
  • Advanced understanding of payroll reporting
  • Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation
  • Advanced skills to design, develop, and deploy analytic and reporting solutions for customers
  • Advanced understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle - including report requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and move to production
  • Advanced skills with Workday reporting technologies such as report writer, discovery boards, scorecards, Prism, and dashboards
  • Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must, including active listening and the ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences
  • Proven learning agility, with the capacity to quickly adapt to new situations, learn from experiences, and apply knowledge to solve problems and drive innovation
  • Comprehensive product knowledge, including an in-depth understanding of product features, benefits, applications, and market positioning
  • Deep technical savvy, including the ability to understand, apply, and troubleshoot technical information and systems to enhance efficiency and problem-solving
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
