Job Requirements
- University degree (technical, business or natural science) or a commercial vocational qualification with substantial relevant professional experience
- 4–6 years of proven experience in the industrial or capital goods sector
- Confident people management with strong skills in employee coaching, conflict management and de-escalation
- Strong analytical skills combined with solid commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English
- Proficient with MS Office, Google tools and Power BI; SAP experience is an advantage.
