• Take on a key role in the strategic and operational management of our regional sales. • Focus on achieving ambitious revenue and margin targets, while leading, motivating and developing your sales team. • Skilled cross-functional stakeholder management and targeted support of strategic key accounts. • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • University degree (technical, business or natural science) or a commercial vocational qualification with substantial relevant professional experience
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in the industrial or capital goods sector
  • Confident people management with strong skills in employee coaching, conflict management and de-escalation
  • Strong analytical skills combined with solid commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English
  • Proficient with MS Office, Google tools and Power BI; SAP experience is an advantage.
