• Responsible for strategic development, administration, and retention of all branch operations leaders • Leadership of all safety programs/direction, profit/loss results, efficiencies, distribution/logistic effectiveness • Ensure all product delivered meets/exceeds QC standards • Develop, implement & lead best practices of distribution operations • Recruit, hire, train, develop, coach, counsel, & discipline employees • Manage regional operations to ensure budgetary goals are met or exceeded • Foster a culture that allows team members to grow & develop individually/collectively while driving increased business & results • Manage special projects as they are assigned by senior management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax documentation • Prepare Canadian tax compliance (T5013, T2, T4-NR, T5, etc.) for the Company • Review and reconcile tax accounts • Coordinate and prepare income tax provisions, and other tax reporting forms for Canadian entities • Prepare monthly sales tax remittances for various jurisdictions • Assist during tax audits • Participate in various projects and assist the Tax team with ad hoc requests • Verification of withholding taxes (WHT) of foreign transactions
• Provide tier 1 support to SAP application users • Provide professional first-level support via email and phone, troubleshooting technical SAP issues for internal customers • Log all inquiries in the ticketing system (iSupport), aiming for first-contact resolution, and escalating to Level 2 teams with comprehensive details when needed • Manage user access through provisioning, including onboarding new hires, processing status changes, and handling terminations • Proactively identify potential major incidents and contribute to continuous improvement by updating the team's knowledge base and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Translating documentation and user communications from English to French

Role Description We are looking for a candidate with a high level of communication skills in French and English to recruit through Canada. This is a fast-paced position with a high volume of roles and is 100% remote. Summary: This role involves working with senior team members and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates across Canada. You will focus on Drivers positions, use different tools for candidate sourcing, and build strong relationships to support our diverse staffing needs. We work every day in English and French speaking markets. Key Responsibilities - Recruitment Support: - Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles. - Draft and update job descriptions to reflect accurate and engaging information about open roles. - Candidate Sourcing and Interview Coordination: - Use job boards, social media, and other online platforms to source and identify potential candidates. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. - Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications and interest. - Assist with pre-employment processes, including coordinating with the processing team to complete reference checks and background verification. - Support new hire onboarding by ensuring smooth communication between HR, hiring managers, and candidates. - Employer Branding: - Help promote the company’s employer brand through social media posts, career fairs, and community engagement. - Assist in organizing recruitment events to attract a diverse pool of candidates. - Administrative Tasks: - Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information. - Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness. - Special Projects and Other Duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required). - Must be fully proficient (Advanced/Superior level) in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and French. - Proven ability to formally translate professional HR documents from English to French with high linguistic quality. - 5 to 10 years of experience in recruitment of Drivers and similar profiles. - Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent for union and non-union environments. Requirements - Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Workday and Google Suite proficiency. - Knowledge of Canadian Labor Law and provincial employment standards. - Advanced proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to source bilingual talent specifically within the Canadian provinces. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative. - Highly motivated, goal-driven, result-oriented, and a team player.
