Senior Program Specialist, EWX Operations
Coinbase
• Run the Rhythm of the Business - Own planning cycles, weekly prioritization, launch readiness, and retrospectives for EWX. Translate leadership direction into clear plans, milestones, and ownership. Surfing risks, dependencies, and resourcing issues early. • Support Go-to-Market for EWX Programs - Support the planning and delivery of surges, working sessions, event grants, and office-related initiatives. Coordinate across Workplace, Real Estate, Internal Comms, Finance, and other partners. Build simple intake and prioritization mechanisms to prevent ad hoc work. • Budget Management - Track budgets for EWX programs and initiatives. Maintain clear visibility into forecast versus actuals. Flag trade-offs and risks early to help leadership make informed decisions. Partner with Finance on planning and reforecasting. • Real Estate and Program Planning Support - Support real estate planning work, including capacity assumptions, utilization inputs, and timing. Track cross-functional inputs and decisions. Ensure assumptions and decisions are documented and communicated clearly. Note: You do not own design or construction, but you help keep planning tight and aligned. • Process, Systems, and Tools - Build and maintain repeatable processes, playbooks, and operating models. Reduce one-off work and ambiguity. Ensure tools like Asana, Jira, Notion, and Sheets support clarity and scale. • Data, Reporting, and Storytelling - Help define what success looks like for EWX programs. Build dashboards and simple reporting to show progress, spend, and impact. Turn updates into clear written summaries for leadership.
Job Requirements
- Five to seven plus years in operations, program management, business operations, or a similar role.
- Strong systems thinker who builds structure to prevent repeated problem-solving.
- Comfortable managing budgets and financial trade-offs.
- Able to operate with ambiguity and translate direction into action.
- Clear and concise communicator, especially in writing.
- Data-literate and comfortable working with metrics and dashboards.
- Works well with cross-functional partners without needing formal authority.
