Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in B2B, professional services, or strategic marketing roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives at a senior level
- Experience driving cross-sector or enterprise-level initiatives preferred.

Role Description S&S is seeking a strategic, customer-focused Senior Manager, Event & Experiential Marketing to lead our event and experiential marketing strategy across North America. This role leads the strategy, planning, execution, and evolution of our event portfolio, ensuring every event and brand experience strengthens the S&S brand, supports commercial priorities, and delivers measurable business impact. - Lead national trade shows, customer events, internal conferences, and sales meetings. - Partner across Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Creative, Operations, Corporate Communications, and Executive Leadership. - Create best-in-class experiences that deepen customer relationships and support business growth. - Highly visible leadership role at the intersection of strategy, creativity, operational excellence, and execution. - Travel required throughout the United States and Canada, including evenings and weekends as needed (approximately 25–40%).
