Wir akquirieren hochwertige Beherbergungsimmobilien wie Serviced Apartments, Apartmenthäuser, Hotels und andere gewerblich nutzbare Immobilien und suchen einen selbstständigen Immobilienakquisiteur (m/w/d), der neue Objekte identifiziert, Eigentümer anspricht und erfolgreiche Abschlüsse begleitet. - Vorqualifizierung und telefonische Erstansprache von Eigentümern und Entscheidern anhand der von uns bereitgestellten Leads - Vereinbarung von Terminen mit qualifizierten Interessenten für die Geschäftsführung - Bedarfsermittlung und Bewertung, ob die Immobilie für eine Zusammenarbeit geeignet ist - Eigenständige Identifikation weiterer geeigneter Beherbergungsimmobilien und neuer Geschäftspotenziale - Aktive Akquise von Eigentümern, Projektentwicklern, Asset Managern und Immobilienunternehmen - Aufbau und Pflege eines eigenen Netzwerks - Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten und Gesprächsergebnisse im CRM - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe qualifizierter Kontakte Qualifications - Nachweisbare Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb - Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche (Investment, Gewerbeimmobilien, Makler, Projektentwicklung oder vergleichbar) - Sicheres Auftreten und starke Verhandlungsfähigkeiten - Hohe Eigenmotivation und Abschlussstärke - Unternehmerisches Denken - Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Benefits - 100 % Remote - Freie Zeiteinteilung - Tätigkeit auf Freelance-/Selbstständigenbasis - Keine Umsatzvorgaben oder festen Arbeitszeiten - Attraktive, leistungsorientierte Provision ohne Einkommensgrenze - Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung - Zugang zu einem stark wachsenden Markt im Bereich Beherbergungsimmobilien - Schnelle Entscheidungswege und wenig Bürokratie - Die Tätigkeit erfolgt ausschließlich auf Provisionsbasis. - Du erhältst für jeden erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Deal eine attraktive Provision.
