Role Description Como Solution Architect en Initium Software, liderarás el diseño, la estructuración y la implementación de arquitecturas complejas de ServiceNow aplicadas al sector de telecomunicaciones. Qualifications - Grado universitario o equivalente, preferiblemente en Ingeniería Informática, Ciencias de la Computación o Tecnologías de la Información. - Certificaciones Core en ServiceNow: - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM). - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM) + al menos otras 2 certificaciones CIS en la plataforma. - Más de 5 años de experiencia práctica configurando y desarrollando sobre la plataforma ServiceNow. - Más de 3 años de experiencia en implementaciones de gestión de portafolios de proyectos (SPM/PPM) o roles de consultoría estratégica de PMO. - Más de 5 años de experiencia general en consultoría tecnológica, gestión de servicios o desarrollo de software. - Más de 2 años de experiencia directa trabajando con clientes de telecomunicaciones o dentro de un entorno operativo Telco. - Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo con JavaScript, HTML, CSS, frameworks modernos e integraciones robustas, bajo entornos ágiles (Agile) y gestión del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software (SDLC). Requirements - Posees las certificaciones de élite ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) o Certified Master Architect (CMA). - Cuentas con un posgrado o maestría relacionados con el desarrollo o arquitectura de software. - Tienes conocimientos en ITIL (preferiblemente nivel Foundation). - Demuestras alta familiaridad con marcos de trabajo de la industria como Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) o frameworks y TM Forum Open APIs junto a sus modelos de datos estandarizados. - Te apasiona aprender de forma continua, compartir ideas disruptivas y evolucionar junto a un equipo dinámico.
