Partner Marketing Lead

PIP Labs

Story is hiring an experienced Partner Marketing Lead to develop and execute a world-class partner marketing program. In this role, you will leverage Story-owned channels, including social media, long-form content, and events, to amplify the voices of our ecosystem and infrastructure partners in order to build credibility and social proof for the Story brand. As Story expands its focus toward AI-native infrastructure and applications, this role will support partners across Web3, AI, and adjacent technical ecosystems. You will work closely with the BD team to identify opportunities to drive engagement and growth through partnerships, and with the VP of Marketing to coordinate and execute key partnership announcements. This role is hands-on and execution-oriented, suited to a self-starter who enjoys working cross-functionally and collaborating directly with partners. What You'll Do: Develop win-win co-marketing strategies with partners across the Story ecosystem, including partnership announcements, product enablement, milestone-based marketing, and partner-led activations across Web3 and AI-related initiatives Assess, triage, and manage inbound ecosystem marketing requests, owning initiatives end-to-end from intake through execution Create, document, and maintain scalable partner marketing playbooks and processes that support both crypto-native and AI-adjacent partners Serve as the primary marketing liaison between Story and partner marketing teams, managing communications, relationships, feedback, and ongoing collaboration Work closely with internal teams across Marketing, BD, Design, Product, and Engineering to execute partner marketing initiatives effectively Coordinate timelines, approvals, and execution of marketing deliverables across multiple stakeholders Plan and host partner engagements, including online activations, in-person events, and industry moments Identify and activate opportunities for partners to share their experiences with their audiences in ways that clearly communicate Story’s value and differentiation across IP, AI, and infrastructure use cases Track and evaluate the performance of co-marketing initiatives and apply learnings to improve future programs Who You Are:

Job Requirements

  • 7 or more years of marketing experience, with exposure to Web3, AI, or other technical ecosystems
  • Proven experience running scalable, integrated marketing campaigns involving multiple stakeholders
  • Working understanding of Web3 culture and partner dynamics, alongside curiosity and interest in AI and emerging infrastructure technologies
  • Excellent client service and executive communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple internal and external relationships
  • Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and organizational discipline
  • Self-starter mindset, comfortable operating independently and proactively driving work forward
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments
  • Nice To Have:
