Role Description You are the first voice of Yokly — and the first impression that matters. As a Connector, your job is simple but powerful: start conversations that turn into opportunities. You'll speak with potential clients, understand what they need, and guide them toward the right next step. This isn't just cold calling. • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet hiring goals across Yokly’s various business units. • Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent databases to build a strong talent pipeline . • Leverage HR technology and automation to streamline hiring processes and enhance efficiency. • Track key HR metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and candidate experience scores) to continuously optimize recruitment performance. • Conduct behavioral and skills-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with Yokly’s values. • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a structured interview process that leads to data-driven hiring decisions. • Facilitate pre-employment assessments and technical evaluations when applicable. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, independent contractor agreements, and confidentiality requirements . • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Yokly’s company culture and values through job postings, social media, and networking events. • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates to maintain a positive hiring experience. • Develop engaging and inclusive job descriptions that attract a diverse talent pool. • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding and a smooth transition for new hires. • Implement retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and ensure long-term engagement . • Encourage new employees to participate in Agapay Samaritans initiatives , reinforcing Yokly’s social responsibility commitment .
