Role Description SCP is seeking a Brand Manager for WorshipHouse Media, the largest site for church media. This role owns the day-to-day operation and performance of the brand, with responsibility for: - Site operations - Product and catalog management - Merchandising - Vendor relationships - Customer experience You'll lead a small team (1 to 2 people) that handles product additions, customer service, and platform operations. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing and web development teams on campaigns, site projects, and ongoing improvements. Salem Cultivate, division of Salem Media, offers an exceptional opportunity for a Marketing Operations & Fundraising Coordinator. The Marketing Operations & Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for the execution, setup, and operational management of Salem Media Group’s digital fundraising and lead-generation campaigns, known as Salem Cultivate. This role ensures campaigns launch correctly, offers and donation flows work end-to-end, donors receive proper follow-up, and marketing systems remain clean and functional. This is a hands-on, systems-driven role that works closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, Design, Email, and external ministry partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working inside marketing platforms, spreadsheets, and workflows every day. This role does not own revenue forecasting or billing, but plays a critical role in campaign quality, donor experience, and client satisfaction. Role Description The Ministry Operations Coordinator provides behind-the-scenes administrative and digital support for our ministry and media clients. This role focuses on website and content audits and updates, routine reporting, digital file management, and general administrative tasks, with some light video and contract support as needed.
