We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding complex customer needs, making evidence-based decisions and building products that customers genuinely value. Qualifications - Proven track record as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment - Experience scaling an established product by improving customer satisfaction, adoption and retention - Demonstrable experience leading customer discovery and translating customer insight into product decisions - Experience working closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality software - Excellent product judgement and strong communication skills - Confidence to make difficult prioritisation decisions, balancing customer needs with commercial objectives - Analytically rigorous, comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions - Capable of building trusted relationships across technical and commercial teams - Proactive, self-directed and passionate about improving products through continuous iteration and customer feedback Requirements - Experience with AI-powered products or machine learning technologies (valuable) - Experience within financial services, wealth management or other regulated industries (valuable) - Knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty, adviser technology platforms or wealth management workflows (advantageous) - Experience running beta programmes, defining quality standards for AI-generated outputs or contributing to go-to-market activities (beneficial) Benefits Why join Aveni? - Work on genuinely difficult and meaningful problems at the intersection of AI, regulation and financial services - Help shape a product category that is becoming increasingly important as financial institutions move from experimenting with AI to deploying it safely, responsibly and at scale - Real ownership, visibility and the opportunity to influence both product direction and market positioning at an important stage of Aveni’s growth Benefits at Aveni: - Remote-first working across the UK - Company-wide offsites and regular in-person gatherings - Work abroad policy - Optional Personal Development Plan - Flexible benefits platform, so you can choose the benefits that matter most to you - Life insurance, income protection, critical illness cover and pension, with up to 5% matched employer contribution - Private health and dental care At Aveni, we believe diversity drives innovation. We’ve built our business to ensure an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work. If you’re passionate about technology and its ability to drive positive change for the future of financial services, we’d love to hear from you. Even if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements, we’d still encourage you to apply if you believe you’d be a great fit.
