Client Audit Manager
RxBenefits, Inc.
• Serve as the primary owner of client audit requests and RxBenefits’ liaison with client auditors • Intake, triage, and track audit requests to ensure timely and complete responses • Develop and maintain standardized workflows for audit response lifecycle management • Coordinate cross-functional inputs and ensure alignment across departments • Draft, review, and finalize responses to client audits • Translate technical language into clear, client-facing language • Identify gaps in documentation or processes and partner with internal teams to remediate • Support client-facing communications related to audit findings or follow-ups • Analyze audit trends and recurring requests to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization • Create and maintain an audit response library • Escalate potential legal or compliance risks identified during audit processes • All other duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new technology platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulations (preferred)
- Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), health plan, or other healthcare-related environment (preferred)
- Exposure to data governance, privacy, or compliance software tools (preferred)
