• Contribute to the development of the Master’s program in Neurorobotics and support student recruitment. • Conduct Master classes and expert seminars in English on machine learning, decision models, adaptive systems, and AI-supported quality assurance. • Provide academic supervision, mentoring, and support for project and research work; design and evaluate portfolio assessments, examinations, and Master’s theses. • Carry out practice-oriented research and transfer projects in AI, robotics, and autonomous systems — in cooperation with industry, healthcare, mobility partners, international partners, and research institutions. • Initiate research collaborations and acquire third-party funding to strengthen applied research at our university. • Publish research results in journals and at relevant conferences, and represent the university at expert talks and industry events. • Be willing to participate in research-related product development, founding/start-up projects, and patent applications. • Participate in the academic self-administration of the university, support the further development of study programs, and engage in international collaborations.

• Further development and optimization of our Moodle-based learning platform • Development of new plugins, extensions and interfaces • Adaptation and modernization of existing Moodle components • Analysis and optimization of performance, security and usability • Contributing to the technical design of new digital learning offerings • Close collaboration with our Learning Design team to develop innovative instructional concepts • Integration of external systems via REST APIs and standards such as LTI and SCORM • Support with updates, releases and quality assurance • Technical support and troubleshooting for our Moodle environment • Documentation of developments and best practices

• Advising prospective students and enrolled students on study programs, study organization, and administrative procedures • Processing applications, admissions, matriculation, re-registration, and deregistration procedures • Supporting students throughout the entire student lifecycle • Preparing certificates and study-related documents • Maintaining student master data in the campus management system • Assisting with orientation events and information sessions • Collaborating with the examinations office, program coordinators, and other organizational units • Contributing to the digitization and optimization of administrative processes

• Develop, implement and optimize automations, workflows and AI-supported processes in HubSpot for Marketing, the Academy and other company areas • Connect and integrate HubSpot with other systems and automation platforms • Analyze manual or inefficient processes and develop pragmatic automation solutions • Develop technical solutions using modern AI and automation tools that can efficiently complement or replace traditional IT development • Test, document and continuously optimize workflows, processes and technical solutions • Work closely with Production, the Academy, Marketing and other departments
