• You are responsible for the stable and secure operation of our hybrid Microsoft environment within the IT Infrastructure team IAM & Collaboration • You work in 2nd- and 3rd-level support, continuously develop Microsoft 365 and identity services, and successfully implement new technologies and solutions • You are responsible for the ongoing operation and further development of our Microsoft 365 platform and manage central services such as Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Active Directory • In 2nd- and 3rd-level support you analyze incidents, identify sustainable solutions, and manage user accounts, groups, permissions and access rights • You actively participate in migration, integration and rollout projects and support the introduction of new technologies and services • You automate and standardize administrative processes and contribute to the further development of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions • You contribute your expertise to security, compliance and governance topics and help continuously improve the secure handling of identities, permissions and access rights
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT field or an equivalent qualification
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 technologies and hybrid Microsoft environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Active Directory and PowerShell, and a solid understanding of IT security as well as identity and authorization concepts
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, clear communication and a strong service orientation
- Very good German skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment
