Role Description This is a founding go-to-market hire focused on building the company's top-of-funnel engine, not a traditional sales role. You will automate the entire lead generation, outreach, and meeting-booking motion using a modern stack of CRM, automation, and AI tooling, then own and scale those systems as the company grows. Your output directly drives the company's pipeline. • Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) lead complex end-to-end deployments of Jean-Paul in production alongside our earliest, most strategic customers. • Own discovery, technical scoping, connectivity, and rollout, partnering directly with the customer's engineering and business teams. • Measure success through production adoption, measurable workflow impact, and field feedback that changes what we build next. • Work closely with our Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM teams. • Travel to customer sites is up to 50%.

• Create, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient big data processing pipelines within distributed computing environments. • Design, develop, and implement interactive Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of different business units. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and design suitable data solutions. • Execute data ingestion, processing, and transformation workflows to facilitate various analytical and machine learning applications. • Keep updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data processing and analytics, integrating them into our data engineering methodologies. • Possess expertise in data modelling, data warehousing principles, data governance best practices, and ETL processes. • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong capabilities in documentation, presentation, and data storytelling. • Have experience in utilizing and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and developing generative AI solutions.
