You're not bringing a single-stack playbook. You're defining an approach to quality that holds up across a portfolio of different systems. Build the automation layer. API and end-to-end test coverage, integrated into each platform's delivery pipeline, with agentic and AI-driven tooling brought in deliberately so coverage scales without adding headcount for every new surface. Define and own the quality gates across all products. No ticket exits development without a clear testing designation. Nothing ships to production without documented evidence that tests passed on an environment that genuinely mirrors production, same stack and same configuration. You own the standard, and you own sign-off on environment parity. Own regression protection through various legacy technology modernization eforts. Build the safety net that lets engineering re-platform aggressively without silently breaking customer-facing behavior. This is the difference between a modernization that ships and one that stalls under fear of breaking things. Embed quality into each development teams delivery cycle rather than bolting it on at the end. You'll partner with engineering leadership across platforms and with product owners, and make quality a discipline teams rely on rather than a checkpoint they route around.

• Manually test new features and functionality across iOS and Android mobile apps • Test web applications and admin tools (Retool) for proper functionality • Validate stories and tasks as they move into the QA column on sprint boards • Perform acceptance testing to verify features meet requirements and design specifications • Test for functionality, usability, and compatibility across different devices and OS versions • Identify, document, and report bugs in Jira with clear reproduction steps • Verify bug fixes and regression test affected areas • Test edge cases and explore scenarios that could break functionality • Capture screenshots, screen recordings, and logs to support bug reports • Perform release candidate testing for iOS and Android app releases • Help document release notes and known issues • Execute smoke tests and sanity checks before production deployments • Test promotional flows and marketing campaigns before launch • Partner with engineering and product teams to validate release readiness • Contribute to test planning and strategy for new features • Help maintain regression test suites to ensure ongoing coverage • Provide test reports and insights to support release decisions

• Write test plans, test cases, use cases, and test strategy documents in compliance with relevant organizational and industry standards • Create clearly documented defect reports that enable problems to be recreated, along with suitable workarounds • Construct complete and thorough manual test cases based on test design and thorough knowledge of the product and its environment • Consistently ensure high-quality through manual test cases that fully exercise product functionality, but consume minimal resources • Effectively use test automation where appropriate and available to increase the thoroughness of testing • Execute end-to-end functional tests and utilize automated tests developed by others to exercise the system • Offer direct input into requirements documents, review, and give feedback based on product knowledge and understanding of customer issues (must understand the business needs the product is trying to meet) • Create work plans for own deliverables and clearly documented personal goals, plans, designs, and results and communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences; compare, contrast, and prioritize alternative approaches to meeting those objectives • Contribute to end-to-end product testing strategy, focusing on the customer experience

• DEVELOPS quality assurance criteria in conjunction with stakeholders, that supports claims process. • REVIEWS and MONITORS quality assurance reviews across all commercial/business auto lines to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. • CONDUCTS complex analyses of processes, documentation, and controls; SUPPORTS state requested regulatory quality reviews; and works in a solution-oriented manner to identify and support effective resolutions.
