We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable marketing professional to join our Growth team from our Denver office. This individual will play a critical role in supporting firm growth initiatives through proposal development, digital presence, and marketing execution, while also contributing to ongoing transformation efforts including the adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation, and innovative technologies that enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency. This role plays a key role within a small, collaborative Growth team, supporting proposals, digital visibility, and marketing execution while contributing to process improvements and innovation initiatives. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role requiring a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, respond to rapidly shifting demands, and collaborate closely with partners and cross-functional stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Proposal Operations & Process Management - Support proposal development with rapid turnaround times, including same-day or urgent requests. - Manage proposal intake, prioritization, workflow coordination, and stakeholder communication. - Partner with internal teams to develop clear, high-quality deliverables aligned with client needs. - Contribute to improvements in proposal processes, including leveraging automation and AI tools. - Track proposal activity and support performance reporting as needed. - Brand Visibility - Partner closely with firm leadership, partners, and stakeholders to support growth initiatives and client-facing materials - Assist with complex projects and initiatives tied to firm-wide branding efforts - Support and execute website performance, optimization, design, and governance initiatives. - Execute SEO and Answer Engine Optimization initiatives. - Monitor keyword rankings, search visibility, and AI search performance. - Develop recommendations to improve organic visibility and brand awareness. Social Media & Digital Marketing - Coordinate content planning and content calendars. - Monitor engagement and campaign performance. Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence - Develop and maintain reporting frameworks across Growth initiatives. - Create dashboards and reporting for proposal activities, pipeline visibility, event ROI, SEO performance, etc. - Analyze performance data and identify actionable opportunities. - Present insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
