What You'll Do: Executive Support & Calendar Management - Manage complex and constantly evolving calendars across multiple global time zones, including scheduling internal and external meetings, leadership reviews, customer engagements, and strategic business discussions. - Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and related logistics. - Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and background information for executive meetings and engagements. - Anticipate executive needs and proactively prioritize activities to maximize executive effectiveness and productivity.
