Key Responsibilities - Executive & Calendar Management - Manage and optimize a complex executive calendar across multiple businesses - Prioritize meetings, appointments, and competing commitments - Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones - Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively recommend solutions - Arrange travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries when required - Executive Communications - Draft, proofread, and manage professional email correspondence on behalf of the CEO - Screen and prioritize incoming communications - Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding action items - Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing documents - Strategic Executive Support - Act as a trusted business partner to the CEO - Monitor priorities and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency - Track projects, deadlines, and key deliverables - Coordinate cross-functional communication between internal and external stakeholders - Maintain strict confidentiality at all times - Business & Financial Support - Review and summarize P&L statements, balance sheets, and business performance reports to support executive decision-making - Assist with executive reporting and preparation of business documentation - Support operational planning and executive decision-making - Administrative Excellence - Maintain organized digital filing systems - Create professional documents using Microsoft Office - Coordinate meetings through Microsoft Teams and Outlook - Manage executive records and documentation - Support day-to-day operations across HRIS platform, Rippling Qualifications - 2–5+ years' experience supporting a CEO, Founder, President, or other C-suite executive - Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars - Strong financial literacy with the ability to understand business financial statements including P&Ls and balance sheets - Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills - Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities - High attention to detail - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment - Proven ability to handle confidential information professionally Nice to have - Experience supporting a founder or executive at a private equity, venture capital, or multi-entity holding company - Familiarity with CRM or deal tracking tools - Experience coordinating across multiple companies or entities simultaneously - Prior remote work experience supporting a US-based executive on Eastern Time hours - Working knowledge of Rippling or a comparable HRIS platform

Role Description We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Solicitor / Paralegal to join our Corporate Insurance and Risk (CIR) team handling a mixture of EL and PL Casualty claims, predominantly for large blue chip Corporate clients.
