Job Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, project management, or the event rental industry.
- Demonstrated experience in logistics or events coordination.
- Proven capability to coordinate international (US-based) customers, crews, suppliers, transport, and equipment logistics.
- Ability to work primarily from 16:00 to 19:00 SAT, Monday to Friday.
- Availability for on-call evening and weekend support to resolve urgent operational matters during active project periods.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong preference for resolving issues via direct phone calls.
- Proven ability to work independently, make decisive operational choices, and stay calm under pressure.

Role Description The Global Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for developing comprehensive supply plans to support commercial forecasts, optimizing inventory positions, contributing to the S&OP process, and supporting supply chain launch readiness efforts for new commercial products. Responsibilities - Utilize and optimize existing supply planning tools and processes to drive global supply chain effectiveness. - Reconcile global supply and demand, collaborate with demand planning to align forecasts. - Develop an accurate production plan for all key components of the pharmaceutical supply chain (including but not limited to Drug Substance/API, Drug Product, packaging and labeling). - Create a Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all suppliers including Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) & Contract Packaging Organizations (CPOs), and support communication of the MPS on a regular basis. - Determine and adjust safety stock levels for finished goods at the Third-Party Logistics (3PLs) warehouse, achieve inventory targets, and mitigate stock-outs. - Develop ramp-up supply plans to support new commercial product introductions. - Work closely with Supply Chain Leads, and vendor management teams (Manufacturing, QA, QC), Logistics, and Procurement to ensure proper execution of the supply plan. - Support system readiness for launch and market expansion (part number creation, testing, SOP revisions, etc.). Inventory Reconciliation and Reporting - Responsible for tracking inventory levels and generating reports to provide insights into inventory performance and identifying areas for improvement. - Collaborate with external parties (CMOs / CPOs / 3PLs) and internal stakeholders (commercial and finance) on monthly inventory reporting and reconciliation. - Monitor inventory shelf-life and develop supply plans that mitigate expiration loss. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Support - Provide essential inputs and support to ensure alignment between supply and demand, contributing to the development of robust and effective S&OP. - Present proposed supply plans and insights on supply plan accuracy / production adherence and inventory management to the executive team. Operations Excellence and General Supply Chain Support - Lead or support continuous improvement efforts within Supply Chain and the broader CMC organization. - Perform miscellaneous activities to enable supply continuity and drive the development of new or enhanced supply chain capabilities. - Support the selection and implementation of new tools and technologies within Supply Chain Planning function. - Support enhancements to SAP that will enable more robust Supply Chain planning and oversight capabilities.
