• Execute the innovation strategy by launching a disruptive innovation funnel 2027 – 2030+ across big bets & base line extensions • Manage the pipeline of projects, move projects through stage gates, commercialize and launch the innovations year on year for national and custom retail partners • Deliver innovation that sticks - identify, explore, and drive white space innovation in partnership with the VP and x-functionals • Input into the Innovation Strategy as a core team member • Help create innovation and category stories for strategic customers across brick and mortar and ecommerce • Partner with Brand Strategy, Marketing, Insights & Finance & eCom to create innovations that deliver on all business goals • Influence the broader Brand team on long-term brand & innovation strategy and identify key growth accelerators • Contribute to our culture and make life at Camp OLLY better for us all

Role Description - Serve as a primary operational contact for retail customers, distributors, and internal business partners regarding orders, fulfillment, inventory, and service-related issues. - Process and manage the full customer order lifecycle utilizing EDI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). - Troubleshoot order processing, EDI, inventory, and fulfillment issues to ensure timely resolution. - Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and 3PL providers to support customer needs and maintain service levels. - Manage finished goods inventory and monitor order status to support successful customer fulfillment. - Support customer setup, item setup, and maintenance of customer and product master data. - Assist with UPC creation, Bills of Materials, customer-specific item forms, and product syndication platforms such as Salsify. - Partner with the S&OP Manager to identify orders at risk, manage allocations, and communicate potential supply constraints. - Monitor open orders, inventory availability, inventory aging, and customer-specific requirements. - Support new customer onboarding activities, including item setup documentation, routing guide collection, and retailer-specific requirements. - Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and KPIs related to customer service, order management, and fulfillment performance. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in customer operations, customer service, order management, supply chain, or sales operations within a CPG, food & beverage, health & wellness, or related consumer products environment. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP. - Experience processing customer orders through EDI. - Experience supporting retail customers, distributors, wholesalers, or national accounts. - Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain processes. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, PivotTables, and data analysis. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. • Own deployment and allocation planning across multiple distribution centers, co-packers and warehouses to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time • Translate supply plans and customer forecasts into actionable deployment plans • Monitor and respond to supply/demand imbalances, short-dated inventory, and network constraints • Optimize inventory levels across sites to achieve target service levels and minimize obsolescence or overstock • Collaborate closely with demand planners, production planners, logistics, customer service, and warehouse operations • Manage allocation logic for constrained supply scenarios and communicate effectively with sales and customer service teams • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network flow, reduce costs, and improve agility • Maintain master data related to deployment rules, lead times, and transit lanes. Analyze KPIs such as fill rate, inventory turns, deployment adherence, and in-stock metrics

• Lead cross-functional project teams in the development and commercialization of products – ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and on-strategy. Create project plans that seamlessly integrate work streams between all Product Development, Operations, Creative, Marketing and Sales processes and functions • Conduct ad hoc financial/scenario analysis to support product launches • Lead gate presentations with our company's Leadership Team to make go-forward decisions on product launches • Manage product changes by guiding decision making on project scope, creating project schedules and liaising with Operations to ensure a seamless transition • Interface with both internal and external partners; remove barriers by pre-emptively identifying and mitigating project risks • Manage BOM setup process for product launches alongside master data manager • Provide thought leadership on process improvements: build upon the existing product launch process to ensure it is scalable and identify opportunities to ensure swift and accurate execution of project plans • Contribute to our culture and make life at Camp OLLY better for us all

• Collaborate cross-functionally & externally to investigate deviations/non-conformances & consumer complaints. Track and trend issues that may require further corrective or preventive action (CAPA) • Issue, track and trend supplier nonconformance (NCRs) to ensure timely resolution of nonconforming issues • Support the hold, release, inspection, rework &/or destruction of nonconforming product. Provide timely internal & external communication regarding disposition • Prepare supplier performance metrics and scorecards. • Maintain OLLY’s quality databases, supplier documentation and approved supplier master list • Support the supplier audit & qualification program. • Provide Quality support for our supply partners & cross-functional teams (i.e. Product, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs), as needed • Other duties as assigned

• Provide day-to-day support for Kinaxis systems, including troubleshooting user issues, resolving data errors, and escalating system concerns when needed. • Assist with Kinaxis system maintenance activities, testing, and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements. • Gather business needs and help create business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional documentation for system enhancements and operational improvements. • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities for new system functionality and integrations. • Train end users on newly implemented functionality, system updates, and standard processes to support adoption and effective system usage. • Support data accuracy and master-data management activities across planning and inventory systems. • Partner with cross-functional teams including planning, logistics, customer service, and inventory to support operational processes and system usage. • Create and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user guides to support consistent ways of working. • Monitor system performance and assist with identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation. • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, scorecards and dashboards. • Continued education and training for users on best practice/ways of working within Kinaxis. • Support system integration and monitor data flow between Kinaxis, Datalake and D365.

• Provide world-class service to OLLY’s customers. Efficient and comprehensive communication with customer/retailers regarding inquiries, problem resolutions, etc. • Support and work cross functionally with Sales team, Finance and rest of Olly’s supply chain • Process and efficiently manage full cycle of customer orders through EDI and Microsoft D365 (ERP). Be able to troubleshoot ad hoc issues that arise • Work with 3PL to efficiently manage finished goods inventory to maintain successful fulfillment levels for customer orders • Assist with customer and item data setup • Assist with Bills of Materials, managing UPCs creations, complete customer specific datahubs (Salsify) • Work with the S&OP Manager on identifying orders at risk for “cuts” and manage allocations. Monitor open orders, available inventory, aged inventory regularly and as dictated by business needs • Facilitate new customer onboarding by completing “new item” requests, obtaining Routing Guides, and providing timely updates and reports • Pull together metrics and appropriate KPIs to be able to track customer service related performance

• Support daily quality operations to ensure timely execution of QA deliverables for product release, documentation, samples, quality records, and certification programs. • Assist with the collection, review, organization, and maintenance of documentation and samples required for product certifications, customer requests, audits, and regulatory support. • Maintain quality databases, trackers, and shared records to support accurate reporting, traceability, and inspection readiness. • Provide practical quality guidance to business partners while balancing compliance requirements, business needs, and risk-based decision-making.
