Job Requirements

As a Supply Chain Procurement Specialist - Level 4, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position offers FT remote work, but preference is to be located near one of our NG Space Sector sites. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Sourcing and procuring various commodities throughout multiple programs. - Initiate Requests for Quotation, analyzing Supplier proposals, perform price analysis, and negotiations. - Ensures compliance with all public law requirements (FAR and DFARS) as well as company policies and procedures including import/export regulations. - Reviews documentation of peers to ensure compliance. - Work independently. - Problem solve and find creative solutions. - Review, reconcile and approve supplier invoices. - Interfacing and collaborating with Programs and other organizations within and outside of Global Supply Chain. - Plan, schedule and arrange activities to accomplish objectives. - Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency. - Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
