• Lead the strategic direction of core supply chain systems and digital capabilities, ensuring tools, data, and processes effectively support business objectives. • Oversee system governance and standards, driving consistency in planning master data, documentation, and ways of working across teams. • Drive cross‑functional alignment, partnering with planning, logistics, customer service, inventory, and other stakeholders to build integrated, end‑to‑end processes. • Manage system enhancements and integrations, including design reviews, user acceptance testing, and continuous improvement efforts. • Ensure strong data quality and reporting, enabling accurate analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and decision‑support tools that strengthen operational performance. • Champion user adoption and change management, ensuring employees understand, embrace, and effectively leverage new systems and processes. • Partner with external and internal stakeholders to optimize network performance, improve collaboration, and support operational transitions or new initiatives. • Monitor performance and deliver results, aligning systems and processes to key organizational metrics such as service levels, inventory health, and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, planning systems, or digital supply chain transformation, including hands‑on leadership of major technology implementations (e.g., D365, Kinaxis).
- Proven leadership of end‑to‑end planning‑system programs with measurable business impact (fill rate, OTIF, E&O, DOH).
- Deep expertise in planning master‑data governance, inventory/MEIO processes, expiry and E&O analytics, and cross‑functional process optimization.
- Demonstrated success leading UAT, functional design reviews, integration phases, and change‑management initiatives across multiple business units.
- Strong analytical fluency with S&OP, Power BI, KPI design, and reporting automation.
- Experience coaching and developing managers and technical SMEs within a Center of Excellence model.
