• Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads • Design and run A/B tests across ad creative, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve performance • Monitor budgets, bids, and KPIs, optimizing for ROAS/CPA • Ensure all campaigns adhere to white-hat, compliant advertising practices • Act as a point of contact for visa-related information and processes relevant to the business • Support and provide guidance on sweepstake promotion requirements and rules • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategy with business goals • Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous hands-on experience with PPC and Google Ads – non negotiable
  • Proven experience running A/B tests and interpreting results to drive optimization
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Keen eye for detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable working remotely / cross-border with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with visa/immigration processes (or willingness to learn and act as an internal resource)
  • Prior exposure to sweepstake or promotions-based marketing models
  • Experience with additional PPC platforms (Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
