Senior Program Scheduler
Turner & Townsend
• Create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs • Responsible for schedule consulting at program level • Implement best practices and reporting trends • Create and analyse project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau • Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic • Actively work with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity • Collaborate with contractors and sub-contractors on regular basis • Prepare and update monthly progress reports • Monitor and communicate any possible project issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience
- Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and contracting
- Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.
- Excellent communication skills.

Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will play a crucial role in managing patient onboarding and coordination within the Patient Support Programme (PSP) for our client. This position involves processing referrals, creating patient records within the CRM, conducting welcome calls, allocating patients to nurses, and handling telephone queries to ensure a seamless patient experience. Key Responsibilities: - Referral Management: - Receive and process patient referrals from healthcare professionals within one business day of receipt. - Validate referral details and ensure compliance with programme requirements. - Patient Record Creation: - Accurately create and maintain patient records within the CRM. - Ensure all personal and clinical information is correctly documented. - Welcome Call: - Conduct a welcome call within two business days of referral. - Introduce the patient to the programme, explain the service, and confirm consent. - Provide guidance on next steps and answer initial questions. - Allocation to Nurse: - Assign patients to appropriate Nurse Advisors based on location and availability. - Schedule initial appointments and confirm with both patient and nurse. - Telephone Query Handling: - Act as the first point of contact for patient and healthcare professional queries. - Resolve issues promptly or escalate to the relevant team member. - Compliance & Documentation: - Adhere to data protection and confidentiality standards. - Ensure all interactions are logged accurately in the system. - Report all adverse events as per Client's requirements.
