• Develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6. • Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop project phasing, update project and program schedules. • Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects • Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports • Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports • Identify project changes, trends, and risks • Review and analyze contractors’ baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals • Prepare schedule reports for management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required
- Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in fields such as transportation, aviation, or vertical construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen

The Scheduler will play a crucial role in managing patient onboarding and coordination within the Patient Support Programme (PSP) for our client. • Responsible for scheduling, cancelling, rescheduling and registering of outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory clinics. • Collecting all necessary information for schedule and registration preparation. • Obtain and verify patient guarantor information a minimum of once a year to ensure that the patient record is up-to-date. • Schedule and register patients/customers based on scheduling guidelines and medical appropriateness within the appropriate clinic. • Obtain and collect all necessary information from the patient/customer to schedule and register the patient for an appointment. • Identify and communicate need for scheduling modifications and development. • Notify appropriate personnel of any scheduling change due to patient cancellation in a timely fashion. • Receive and respond to patient and staff needs and complaints appropriately within the realm of the “patient care” environment, involving department supervisors and patient representatives as needed. • Consult with referring physician’s office to ensure written and/or electronic orders exist and obtain them as needed. • Verify upon receiving for completeness of the written orders and notes. • Make documentation that outside orders are requested. • Complete Workques as needed in a timely fashion along with daily tasks according to the scheduling area working in. • Respond to all patient communication in a timely manner. • Escalate any immediate needs to the appropriate area of responsibility.

• Become a subject matter expert in QGenda software to optimize its use and functionality. • Coordinate daily and long-term physician scheduling for designated practices. • Manage requests and swaps submitted by radiologists in a timely and organized manner. • Ensure appropriate skill sets and coverage are available to meet daily service requirements. • Update and maintain scheduling rules to maximize automation and efficiency. • Maintain a repository of scheduling rules for consistency and continuity. • Provide schedule access to all relevant internal and external stakeholders. • Manage additions and removals of radiologists from schedules as staffing changes occur. • Communicate schedule changes promptly and clearly to radiologists and clients. • Conduct training sessions and develop communications to ensure effective use of QGenda for scheduling, shift coverage, conference attendance, and duty assignments. • Generate reports to ensure equitable distribution of shifts and responsibilities among radiologists. • Provide regular and responsive communication regarding scheduling matters, changes, and updates. • Prepare monthly reporting for each physician, including shifts worked, shifts off, extra shifts, additional compensation, and comp day accruals, as well as ad hoc reports as needed. • Collaborate regularly with practice management to align on staffing needs, operational changes, and long-term goals. • Produce monthly payroll reports to support accurate physician compensation.
