• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex, multi-year VA programs using MS Project or equivalent tools. • Coordinate inputs from multiple project managers, functional leads, and external partners to ensure accurate schedule alignment and dependency tracking. • Identify and resolve schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and critical path risks. • Conduct regular schedule status reviews with VA stakeholders and internal delivery teams. • Support integrated project planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), and reporting to ensure schedule adherence and performance tracking. • Generate and present schedule status reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership. • Incorporate Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods into scheduling as applicable. • Ensure compliance with VA PMAS, TMS, and other federal delivery frameworks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience as a scheduler or project controls analyst on federal programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles (PMBOK, EVM, critical path method).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Level 3 Public Trust.

Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will play a crucial role in managing patient onboarding and coordination within the Patient Support Programme (PSP) for our client. This position involves processing referrals, creating patient records within the CRM, conducting welcome calls, allocating patients to nurses, and handling telephone queries to ensure a seamless patient experience.
