• Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with high-quality game vendors—slot studios, crash games, instant-win, table games and emerging game formats. • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for content acquisition aligned with business goals and sweepstakes regulatory requirements. • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the platform maintains unique and differentiated game offerings. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all game vendors, managing day-to-day communication and long-term strategic relationships. • Host regular business reviews to align on roadmaps, performance goals, and content delivery timelines. • Resolve operational issues, negotiate updates, and maintain strong vendor satisfaction. • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to plan game integrations, feature support, and release schedules. • Ensure all vendor assets, game files, math models meet our launch requirements. • Oversee go-to-market planning, coordinating with Head of Games and Arcade for feature placement, promotional campaigns, and launch visibility. • Analyze game performance metrics—RTP behavior, player engagement, retention impact, and revenue lift. • Work with analytics teams to produce dashboards and insights that guide content strategy. • Optimize game placement, promotional exposure, and content mix to maximize impact.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or vendor management—ideally in online gaming, social casino, real-money gaming, or sweepstakes.
- Proven success negotiating commercial agreements and managing multiple vendor relationships.
- Strong understanding of game studios, content pipelines, and casino game mechanics (RNG, math models, volatility, feature sets).
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional launch processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating game performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
