People Technology Analyst – Workday

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday functionality and feature enhancements. • Manage system requests and improvements using agile project methodologies. • Support ongoing system maintenance and ensure service requests are resolved within established SLAs. • Stay current on Workday releases and assist with testing, deployment, and release management activities. • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience. • Perform gap analyses and recommend scalable system solutions when business needs evolve. • Develop and maintain documentation, configuration records, process maps, and user guides. • Monitor and maintain HR data quality, accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. • Build reports, dashboards, and analytical models that provide actionable workforce insights and support data-driven decision-making. • Troubleshoot technical issues and partner with stakeholders to resolve system challenges. • Deliver training sessions, demonstrations, and guidance to business partners and team members. • Support additional HR technology initiatives and projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of Workday configuration experience required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Position Summary The Head of Instructional Programming provides agency and statewide leadership on services related to primary source literacy and research instruction for academic faculty, students, librarians, and lifelong learners. This role serves as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Learning Officer on the growth and impact of the WHS research instruction program across the state and Great Lakes region. They lead WHS as an expert on instructional philosophy and practice, develop curricular materials, and coordinate programming for multiple audiences. The position independently implements professional duties and administers projects related to primary source literacy and research instruction.
