• Design, implement, and manage the company’s FWA Program. • Provide expertise to staff in developing processes for tracking, investigating, and managing suspected FWA complaints. • Analyze, report and monitor the FWA prevention efforts and provide recommendations to leadership. • Track and report company activities to ensure compliance with state and federal FWA requirements. • Build and maintain a structure around an FWA and payment integrity program supported by policies, processes, procedures, workflows, and technology. • Develop and maintain FWA policies and procedures and implement a comprehensive FWA program. • Chair the Program Integrity Committee and collaborate on the development of the annual work plan. • Develop and maintain an FWA log and tracking system. • Proactively and independently research FWA issues and effectively employ investigative resources/techniques. • Maximize recoveries and avoidance for Medicare and Medicaid claims payments. • Develop disclosure strategies for potential fraud activities to various agencies.

• The FWA Program Manager will be primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the company’s FWA Program, providing expertise to staff in developing processes for tracking, investigating, and managing suspected FWA complaints. • The role will analyze, report and monitor the FWA prevention efforts and provide recommendations to leadership on matters related to FWA compliance. • The program manager will track and report company activities to ensure compliance with state and federal FWA requirements.

• Design, implement, and manage an end-to-end intake and triage process for program and portfolio requests, including submission channels, required information, routing, prioritization criteria, and backlog visibility. • Facilitate recurring portfolio prioritization discussions with leaders and stakeholders to clarify objectives, confirm scope and ownership, assess capacity, and determine sequencing. • Develop and maintain standardized project-management artifacts, including project charters, success criteria, work-back plans, milestones, RACIs, communication plans, RAID logs, and change-control documentation. • Build and maintain integrated project and portfolio plans covering deliverables, dependencies, critical-path activities, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and mitigation actions. • Provide day-to-day program and project management support to initiative owners, including meeting facilitation, action tracking, decision documentation, stakeholder communication, and follow-up. • Establish and manage governance rhythms, including portfolio reviews, project health reviews, leadership updates, planning checkpoints, and recurring status cadences. • Produce weekly and monthly portfolio reporting that clearly communicates progress against plan, initiative health, milestone performance, risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and leadership asks. • Develop leadership-ready scorecards, executive narratives, decision briefs, presentations, and progress updates using consistent definitions and validated information. • Maintain portfolio-level RAID and dependency views, identify emerging trends and cross-functional blockers, and coordinate mitigations and escalation paths. • Support annual and in-year planning by consolidating priorities, aligning timelines, identifying interdependencies, and establishing measurement baselines. • Conduct ad hoc portfolio analysis, including capacity assessments, scenario evaluations, prioritization trade-offs, and decision-support recommendations. • Maintain reporting trackers, dashboards, templates, documentation repositories, and other portfolio-management tools. • Use Excel, dashboarding platforms, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled productivity solutions to accelerate reporting and insight generation while validating outputs and documenting methodologies. • Create and maintain a program-management playbook containing templates, standard operating procedures, governance guidance, definitions, and onboarding resources. • Coach initiative owners and contributors on project-management standards, reporting expectations, and governance practices. • Facilitate retrospectives and recommend improvements to governance, reporting, automation, documentation, and operating rhythms. • Promote consistent terminology, reporting standards, and documentation practices across initiatives and stakeholder groups.

• Serve as local study coverage for global studies and point of contact for Clinical teams. • Ensure timely completion of study activities and deliverables. • Document communication and actions with sponsors or investigator sites. • Manage existing Batch, Supply Only, and “In Conduct” studies. • Develop new study set-ups as appropriate in collaboration with the Tech Ops group. • Serve as designated backup for PM staff (Centralized) and point of contact coverage for Project Managers when out of office. • Review and prepare with Project Managers in advance of coverage. • Advise Project Managers on procedural and budgetary items and on the necessity for changes due to any subsequent study modifications and/or protocol amendments. • Monitor monthly Budget-to-Burn reviews and contract modifications. • Support the Project Management group with development and implementation of initial study supply orders, including creation of initial supply templates and submission of initial shipment requests to the Supply Chain Management group. • Monitor completion of shipment requests. • Schedule group meetings and teleconferences (internal and external), prepare and distribute agendas, record and distribute minutes as required. • Monitor assignments and adjust priorities and work schedules to meet deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables. • Complete additional tasks needed in support of project, client, and departmental objectives.
