Senior Territory Sales Manager

• Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location, high-value retail customers. • Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers. • Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers. • Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals. • Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers’ relevant employees. • Ensure that all the customers’ needs and expectations are met. • Regularly evaluate customer’s sales performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 4 years of experience in sales is required.
