• Lead and manage multiple retail stores to achieve district sales goals, profitability, and overall performance • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to guide effective pricing strategies • Oversee promotional, advertising, and local outreach activities across all stores • Recruit, hire, train, and retain employees while fostering a strong team culture • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to drive continuous improvement • Ensure consistent execution of company policies and operational standards across the district.
• Engage, develop, and maintain relationships with fleet-focused organizations within an assigned territory • Support Goodyear National Account Retail efforts via communication and sales calls • Responsible for the customer interface at the territory level and fostering consultative relationships with target accounts • Responsible for the day-to-day relationship with various business stakeholders • Ensure effective two-way communications and profitable growth of products aligned with business strategy • Deliver account objectives for sales revenue and profitability through existing programs • Prospect for new opportunities with local and national fleets
• Regularly assess the strengths and weaknesses of the local sales team • Actively contribute to sales enablement initiatives • Work closely with the regional sales enablement team • Provide regular coaching to sales representatives • Support additional sales enablement projects across EMEA
• Lead sales across the assigned territory to meet or exceed individual targets. • Maintain and grow market share with existing customers. • Act as a strategic partner to transport fleets throughout all stages of account management. • Collaborate with CTSN and partner retailers to ensure fleet needs are met. • Develop sales strategies to grow existing accounts in alignment with Goodyear’s overall commercial strategy. • Profitably expand operations with national accounts and local customers while reducing churn. • Promote the value of Goodyear’s Total Solution to improve fleet performance.
• This position plays a key role in building a lasting relationship of trust between commercial strategy and field realities. • Within the Consumer Business Unit, it actively contributes to the balanced development of performance across the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region while supporting customers in their own growth. • Through close collaboration with Key Accounts, Marketing, Logistics and the Call Center teams, it promotes coherent and aligned implementation of commercial priorities. • By applying an approach based on listening, partnership and knowledge transfer, this role supports a responsible, people-focused commercial dynamic aimed at shared success.
