Job Posting External Primary Responsibilities - Create and maintain a series of architecture diagrams, descriptions, and templates of information that illustrates the three-to-five-year target architecture. - Collaborate with all software development teams to review the objectives and constraints of each solution and determine conformance with the architecture. - Document the gaps that exist between the current state and the three-to-five-year target architecture, and establish plans, including a qualitative assessment of the level of effort, cost, duration, and risk to close those gaps. - Identify and recommend areas appropriate for further study and participates in any Proof of Concept projects required to thoroughly investigate architectural possibilities and strengthen arguments for their adoption. - Effectively promotes a collaborative team environment and communicates to appropriate leaders and stakeholders within the company to get understanding, feedback, and approval. - Advocate and communicate the strict adherence of all software development to the approved architecture. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS or related degree, along with five or more years of related technical experience. - Experience with emerging architecture and development practices preferred. - Certifications or experience on cloud platforms and toolsets preferred. - Large Enterprise ERP experience preferred. - Must have innovative thinking skills and the ability to analyze details and adopt a big-picture view. - Experience in analyzing and documenting both existing solutions and new domains as well as modeling at the business, information application and technical layers. Job Posting External Primary Responsibilities - Work closely with Process Owners to transform business requirements into technical requirements. - Work closely with Programmers to ensure an understanding of business requirements and practices. - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract low-level information, and distinguish business requests from the underlying true needs. - Using appropriate tools, track project timelines, budget expenses and milestones against the established project plan. - Identify, manage and communicate changes to project definitions. Notify Management of projects off track or in jeopardy of failure. - Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. - Provide Management with status reports and project updates as needed or desired. Communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely fashion. - Responsible for testing new software products/updates prior to Customer QA (use case testing, regression testing, stress testing, etc.), and consulting with development team to improve usability and recommend program improvements or corrections to development staff. - Deliver documentation as needed and/or defined by documentation standards (Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs, etc.). - Perform other related duties as assigned by Management. - Key liaison between GBST and Crown business teams and Product Owners. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 8 years related experience. - Familiarity with web development and the use of JIRA required. - Project management experience preferred.
