Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist | HubSpot and Digital Performance for the Americas is responsible for improving the performance of Kardex’s digital marketing channels, with a strong focus on: - Paid search - Website conversion - HubSpot operations management - Lead flow - Marketing analytics This role owns the paid search channel in collaboration with Kardex’s PPC agency, ensuring campaigns are aligned with regional marketing priorities, budget expectations, and lead generation goals. The Digital Marketing Specialist is also responsible for optimizing the inbound lead experience, helping ensure that prospects who engage with Kardex content, campaigns, and website pages are guided through a clear, effective, and measurable journey. The ideal candidate understands how digital channels, website strategy, marketing operations automation, reporting, and conversion rate optimization work together to support demand generation. This role will report directly to the Content Marketing Strategist and work closely with the Campaign Manager to provide data-driven insights, improve campaign performance, optimize web pages, and support lead nurturing strategies. This position requires hands-on HubSpot experience and a strong ability to analyze marketing performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn insights into action. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple projects while supporting a collaborative regional marketing team. Role Description Kardex VCA Pty Ltd is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Australia and New Zealand Life Cycle Service Team in the role of Field Service Engineer, remotely based in Melbourne. This is a Full Time Position, which reports to the Field Service Supervisor, Australia. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing onsite and remote support services for the Kardex range of products, including mechanical, mechatronic and control systems. This role involves servicing and troubleshooting equipment, including integration with other connected systems, as well as performing control software updates and modifications.
