• Own user acquisition end to end and unlock new growth channels. • Determine where the next 10,000 traders come from and execute the experiments that prove it. • Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels including SEO, lifecycle email, paid social, YouTube creators, and finance influencers. • Build a trader-focused creator program. Source, negotiate with, brief, and measure creators. • Build SEO program from scratch including keyword strategy, comparison content, educational hubs, and link building. • Own the email, push notification, and in-app user journey from waitlist to first deposit through long-term retention. • Launch and optimize paid acquisition channels where regulation and CAC allow. • Define growth metrics, build dashboards, and drive a rigorous experimentation cadence.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within crypto, consumer fintech, or trading platforms.
- Deep expertise in at least two growth channels.
- A true zero-to-one operator.
- High agency with full ownership.
- Highly analytical and comfortable using tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and attribution platforms.
- A strong writer who can create ad copy, landing pages, creator briefs, and email campaigns without relying on a copywriter.
- Both an operator and a builder.
- Crypto native or an active trader.
