Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience with a modern CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Proven success managing multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, social)
- Strong familiarity with Zapier (or Make) automation
- Portfolio with at least two examples of design or video work
- Solid skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Fluent English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
