• Own growing revenue from high-volume traders end to end, sourcing, closing, and building the playbook that keeps them trading. • Work directly with the Sales and Customer Support teams to service existing VIP users, identify growth opportunities, and support the Growth team with affiliate partnerships. • Source, pitch, and close high-volume traders, including prop traders, high net worth individuals (HNWIs), funds, and VIPs at centralized exchanges (CEXs) and perpetual DEXs. • Build, bring, and actively manage an existing network of large, active leveraged traders. • Build the VIP sales playbook, including SOPs for outreach, qualification, onboarding, tiering, and retention. • Nurture traders into VIPs through white glove onboarding and ongoing support. • Support affiliate acquisition and management by converting trader relationships into affiliate partnerships. • Share trader feedback and requirements with the Product and Liquidity teams, including requests related to trading pairs, spreads, fees, execution, and incentive structures. • Own your pipeline and KPIs, including new VIP trading volume, active VIP count, and retention. • Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM.

• Own user acquisition end to end and unlock new growth channels. • Determine where the next 10,000 traders come from and execute the experiments that prove it. • Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels including SEO, lifecycle email, paid social, YouTube creators, and finance influencers. • Build a trader-focused creator program. Source, negotiate with, brief, and measure creators. • Build SEO program from scratch including keyword strategy, comparison content, educational hubs, and link building. • Own the email, push notification, and in-app user journey from waitlist to first deposit through long-term retention. • Launch and optimize paid acquisition channels where regulation and CAC allow. • Define growth metrics, build dashboards, and drive a rigorous experimentation cadence.

• Own videos end-to-end: take a brief from idea to final export — concept, storyboard, design, animation, edit, sound design, and delivery. • Set creative direction: brainstorm with the marketing team on launches, feature releases, and campaigns; pitch concepts and run with them. • Motion design & kinetic typography: type-driven narratives, animated wordmarks, and title cards that can carry a story on their own. • Product & UI animation: cinematic camera moves over the Ostium trading interface —flyovers, depth-of-field, choreographed interactions that make the product the hero. • 3D animation: looping icon renders, stylized asset animations, and device mockups that elevate launches beyond a screen recording. • Catchy, rhythm-driven edits: cuts synced tightly to music and SFX, with hooks that stop the scroll in the first two seconds. • Mixed-media storytelling: blend archival footage, screen captures, 3D renders, and typography into one cohesive film. • Iterate fast: turn feedback around quickly and ship multiple cuts per week.

• Own the monthly and quarterly close across all entities, consolidating fiat and onchain activity into clean US GAAP financials on a predictable cadence. • Value the protocol's collateral pool, open positions, and P&L. Account for and reconcile fee, funding, spread, and liquidation revenue. Reconcile onchain state to the books daily, not monthly. • Own crypto treasury, stablecoin flows, wallet-level reconciliation, gas, and protocol revenue, while applying digital asset fair value treatment correctly. • Build the reconciliation and control environment from the ground up, wiring onchain data directly into the books. This is an AI-native function. You'll leverage tooling to reconcile at chain speed rather than throwing headcount at the problem. • Manage external auditors and drive first audit readiness. Coordinate crypto and multi-entity tax across jurisdictions. Support entity structuring. • Manage cash and stablecoin balances, runway, and collateral movements alongside trading and operations. Deliver investor and board reporting. • Own AP, payroll, vendor management, and equity/token compensation accounting.

• Own user acquisition end-to-end and unlock new channels. • Strategize where our next 10k traders come from — and execute the experiments to prove it. • Start as a hands-on operator running campaigns and growth experiments alongside our Head of Marketing, creative, social, and BD team. • Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels we aren't running today — SEO, lifecycle/email, paid social, TikTok, YouTube creators and finance influencers, Reddit, Telegram communities, podcast sponsorships, referral and affiliate programs, retargeting, regional channels in LATAM/SEA/MENA, and whatever asymmetric tactic you spot before anyone else does. • Build a CFD/trader-focused creator program — sourcing, negotiating, briefing, measuring. • Stand up the SEO motion from scratch: keyword strategy, programmatic pages, comparison and "vs" content, education hubs, and link-building. • Own the email/push/in-app journey from waitlist to first deposit to retention — segmentation, triggers, win-back, deposit flows. • Stand up paid channels where regulation and CAC allow — programmatic, paid social, search, native — and kill what doesn't work fast. • Define the metrics, build the dashboards, and run a relentless experimentation cadence: CAC by channel, funded conversion rate, LTV, payback period.

• Own quality across web and mobile frontends • Think like a real user with money on the line — hunt for edge cases, broken flows, and UX friction • Write and maintain automated test suites for the web app (Cypress, Playwright, or similar) • Test DeFi-specific flows — wallet connections, approvals, order types, transaction states, network switching • File detailed, actionable bug reports with reproduction steps engineers can immediately act on • Use browser dev tools and logs to investigate issues beyond surface-level symptoms • Work with engineering to verify fixes, catch regressions, and validate releases before they ship • Help build and improve CI-integrated test pipelines over time

• Monitor Discord and Telegram channels daily and respond to questions in a timely manner • Triage and escalate urgent issues, complex cases to senior staff • Assist with community events, AMAs, and announcements

• Risk Engine Architecture: Architect and backtest core protocol parameters, including maintenance margins, liquidation thresholds, and insurance fund models for diverse asset classes. • Mechanism Design: Optimize mathematical models for funding rates, open interest caps, and AMM logic to minimize toxic arbitrage and ensure market balance. • Stress Testing: Build stochastic simulations to test protocol solvency against extreme volatility and black swan events. • System Optimization: Analyze post-trade data to detect inefficiencies in our oracle or margining systems and engineer quantitative solutions to fix them. • TradFi-to-DeFi Bridge: Adapt traditional derivative pricing models (VaR, Greeks) into gas-efficient logic suitable for on-chain execution.
