The manager is responsible for the total quality of the technical deliverables in their domain, making sure that they are secure, defect-free. • Mentoring technical staff during projects to ensure continuous improvement. • Develop and implement lead-generating sales and marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, and events, with a focus on SaaS products. • Actively seek and engage new partners for our partner program, using your industry connections and insights, particularly within the SaaS industry. • Represent DBSync at various industry events, conferences, and seminars, and be willing to visit partners and potential partners in person. Articulate the benefits of our SaaS integration solutions effectively. • Contribute to the company's revenue growth by developing strategies that convert leads into sales, identifying new revenue opportunities, and optimizing marketing campaigns for maximum ROI. • Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.

- Track and drive execution of all GTM initiatives: email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, partner outreach, and developer content - Own a single-source-of-truth GTM dashboard with weekly red/green/orange status updates tied to top-line revenue goals - Run weekly marketing and sales ops standups, surfacing gaps between planned activities and pipeline numbers - Coordinate partner channel development efforts, including email drip sequences and proactive partner engagement programs - Monitor web traffic trends and MQL-to-SQL conversion metrics; escalate risks early to leadership - Manage the GTM project tracker (Salesforce, Monday.com or internal tooling) and keep it current no updates living in people's heads - Work alongside Callbox and PLG vendors to align on timelines and deliverables - Leverage AI tools (Claude, automation workflows) to scale outreach and reduce manual effort

- Manage the full lifecycle of services engagements: kickoff, milestone tracking, delivery, and close-out - Maintain real-time project tracker integrated with Salesforce contracts (start/end dates, resources, risks) - Own resource allocation — match available team members to incoming projects based on capacity and calendar availability - Build and maintain standardized onboarding templates for repeatable, consistent client implementations - Send automated status reminders and escalate at-risk projects before they become problems - Work directly with the services team to remove blockers and keep commitments visible - Identify opportunities to automate repetitive PM tasks using AI tools and internal tooling - Provide leadership with clean weekly project health reports (no spreadsheet archaeology required)

• Must have knowledge of SQL, Data warehousing and ERP integrations • Preparing and developing technical presentations/ demos, setup trials or POCs to explain our company's products or services to customers. • Collaborating with customer and sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. • Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs. • Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery. • Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers. • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management. • Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
