• Handle labor litigation in all stages (trial, appeals, and enforcement); • Conduct hearings (initial, consolidated/single-session, and evidentiary/instructional hearings); • Act as the employer's representative (preposto) when necessary; • Review procedural filings and legal documents; • Draft labor pleadings of medium complexity; • Manage deadlines, case progress, and update case management systems; • Liaise with the client's legal team to align strategies and provide inputs; • Support HR and other internal departments on labor-related matters; • Analyze and review internal policies, contracts, and communications; • Prepare legal opinions and guidance; • Provide support on sensitive matters (disciplinary issues, terminations, labor risks, etc.).

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, identifying key aspects to align with business goals, and being proactive and pragmatic in addressing potential issues. Such agreements include SaaS agreements, strategic transactions and partner agreements, license agreements, professional service agreements and data processing agreements. • Provide and lead legal support for EMEA commercial teams, including transaction and RFP support. • Assist in handling other legal matters, which may include product corporate entity support, collections, marketing and/or litigation matters. • Handling day-to-day legal inquiries, in cooperation with other legal team members and the business units/departments. • Dealing with ad hoc legal matters as needed.

• Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating of non-strategic commercial agreements • Resolving various legal tasks • Legal research and analysis • Providing opinions and summaries on matters of corporate, labor, contract and other laws related to the business of the company • Support internal information systems, including working with documents storage, updating data held by Legal Office, allocation of incoming tasks, etc. • Support Legal Office by carrying out trivial assignments

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements (partnership, vendor, distribution, and telecom-related contracts) to support Airalo's global eSIM marketplace operations across 200+ countries • Provide day-to-day legal advice to business teams (Commercial, Product, Marketing) on contractual risk, regulatory exposure, and deal structuring, escalating novel or high-risk issues appropriately • Support data privacy and protection compliance efforts, including GDPR and other regional data protection frameworks relevant to Airalo's international footprint • Assist in monitoring and interpreting telecommunications and consumer protection regulations across key operating markets, flagging risks to relevant stakeholders • Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal documentation, contributing to legal operations initiatives that improve turnaround time and consistency across the legal function • Support corporate governance matters, including entity management and coordination with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and Security teams on legal matters affecting team members, vendors, and company policy
