Airalo

• Lead end-to-end product design for Airalo’s consumer mobile and web experiences, from discovery through delivery. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, Data, Growth, and other designers to translate customer needs, insights, and strategy into high-quality product improvements. • Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, UX copy, and production-ready specifications. • Facilitate workshops, critiques, ideation sessions, and stakeholder conversations that create alignment and momentum. • Contribute to Airalo’s Design System, improving consistency, accessibility, quality, and efficiency across products. • Mentor other designers through feedback, pairing, critique, and shared practice. • Help strengthen the Product Design Guild by raising the bar for craft, collaboration, research-led decision-making, and thoughtful use of AI.

• Work closely with the VP of Partnerships and other team members in the department • Build, lead, and groom a team of Partnerships Managers, further supported by in-country teams for Affiliate Marketing, Channel Sales, and Corporate Sales for key countries within APAC • Be a core member of the Partnerships Leadership Team that shapes Airalo’s global Partnerships strategy • Shape the future of Airalo’s Partnerships products by working closely with the Partner Experience Product and Engineering teams • Find, identify, prospect, and lead negotiations with large strategic partners within APAC • Maintain relationships with key partners to drive partner profitability and grow the B2B/B2B2C partnerships' contribution to the business • Refine the Airalo Partnerships roadmap to anticipate and fulfill partner needs, thereby maintaining Airalo’s status as the preferred provider across industry partners in APAC • Collaborate and work with different internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute joint projects/opportunities • Define and improve SOPs for the Partnerships department to streamline operations and improve efficiency across workflows • Represent Airalo at leading industry events and conferences across APAC • Own the Airalo Partnerships OKRs for APAC

• Build and maintain high-quality software components and scalable features based on product specifications. • Optimize user interaction and improve SEO to ensure a fast, responsive, and seamless single-page application (SPA). • Apply unit testing, SOLID principles, and clean code practices to ensure the long-term health of the codebase. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Backend) to estimate tasks, provide progress updates, and troubleshoot technical issues. • Translate business requirements into elegant frontend code using modern build pipelines and tools.

• Develop and maintain robust backend services capable of handling high-volume global traffic. • Implement functional APIs and optimize query performance to ensure a seamless user experience. • Contribute to our modular architecture, helping us build resilient, service-oriented systems. • Write clean, maintainable code by applying SOLID principles, OOP best practices, and design patterns. • Master the art of debugging, identifying and resolving issues across our stack with precision. • Integrate asynchronous processes using queues and basic event-driven patterns to improve system efficiency. • Collaborate closely with Senior Engineers and Product teams to turn requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

• Administer and configure the platform day to day — forms, fields, views, triggers, automations, macros, SLAs, routing, business rules, and roles/permissions. • Gather requirements from the Support team and design workflows that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. • Build and maintain integrations with other tools using native apps, REST APIs, and webhooks. • Keep data accurate and consistent — correct fields, tags, ticket types, and routing — so the team can trust the reporting built on top of it. • Test changes in a sandbox before rollout, troubleshoot issues and escalations (raising support requests with the platform vendor when needed), and keep clear documentation and SOPs. • Stay current on platform features and best practices.

• Own end-to-end forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling for internal and BPO support teams • Monitor real-time performance and manage intraday workforce adjustments to meet SLA targets • Oversee BPO SLA adherence and partner with Vendor Managers to resolve staffing inefficiencies • Own operational reporting dashboards, ensuring consistency and accuracy of KPIs across all teams • Maintain a single source of truth for operational performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights for leadership • Lead, develop and performance manage a team of WFM and Reporting specialists • Drive automation initiatives and identify inefficiencies in forecasting, staffing, and reporting workflows

• Lead the design of scalable, fault-tolerant and self-healing systems in a multi-region AWS environment. • Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to drive architectural decisions and error budget policies. • Conduct blameless post-incident reviews to uncover systemic root causes and implement long-term preventive measures. • Identify patterns of manual work and lead the development of internal tools/automation to permanently eliminate them. • Develop and maintain automated runbooks and playbooks for common operational tasks and complex incident response. • Shift from simple monitoring to deep observability, ensuring high cardinality data leads to proactive actionable insights. • Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks through chaos engineering and architecture reviews. • Work with software engineers to design systems for reliability, scalability, and maintainability from the early stages of the SDLC. • Continuously evaluate and optimize system performance, capacity, and cost efficiency. • Beyond just participating, you will refine the on-call experience to reduce alert fatigue, improve MTTR, and ensure sustainable rotation health.
