Role Description ELEKS is looking for a Senior C++ Developer in Ukraine, Poland or Croatia. Our client is a well-established software company specializing in productivity and creative tools, with millions of users worldwide across both Windows and macOS platforms. They are undergoing a strategic modernization of their licensing and revenue infrastructure, moving toward a cloud-connected, identity-driven architecture to better support their growing user base and subscription business model. Responsibilities - Modernize and rearchitect the integration layer between desktop applications and the internal licensing service across Windows and macOS. - Implement and maintain integrations with Auth0 as an Identity Provider using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols. - Write, refactor, and optimize C++ code in line with technical specifications, team conventions, and industry best practices. - Collaborate within an Agile team: participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives. - Analyze and improve software quality including readability, maintainability, and runtime performance. - Reproduce and resolve defects logged in the issue tracking system; identify root causes and implement targeted fixes. - Use Git for version control: manage branching, merging, commits, and change history in accordance with team standards. • Design and implement backend services using ASP.NET Core Web API and MVC + Razor, applying SOLID principles, dependency injection, and layered architectures • Build reliable workflows with Temporal • Use Redis for caching, session storage, pub/sub, and distributed locks • Lead frontend architecture: React + TypeScript, Module Federation (host/remotes), RsPack bundling/optimization • Ensure CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes deployment patterns, and observability (logging/tracing/metrics) • Drive testing practices (unit, integration, E2E), code reviews, and mentor team members • Troubleshoot production incidents: performance tuning (SQL and frontend), memory leaks, and scaling issues

• Design and develop high-performance desktop applications using .NET/WPF/WinUI, with a focus on real-time data visualization and control interfaces • Integrate software with hardware components - sensors, robotics systems, and external SDKs - using communication protocols such as TCP/UDP, WebSocket, or gRPC • Optimize system performance for real-time data processing in an industrial manufacturing environment • Work with native modules and C++ DLLs to bridge managed and unmanaged code layers • Collaborate with German-speaking partners during onsite visits to clarify requirements and validate solutions • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design across the platform • Ensure reliable, fault-tolerant communication between distributed system components and external devices
